Terms & Conditions: The Sleep Genie

In booking a package with Sleep Genie, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

 

1. The full package/consultation fee is due at least 48 hours in advance of your phone, Zoom or in-home consultation.

2. The package/consultation may be cancelled at any time before the start of the first scheduled consultation for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested in writing.

3. Either party may request to re-schedule a consultation at any time, giving as much notice as possible, with no penalty. The rescheduled consultation will be conducted at a mutually agreed time and date.

4. The Sleep Genie reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time for a full refund.

5. Your satisfaction with the services provided by The Sleep Genie is very important to us. We ask that you stick to your bespoke sleep plan for 30 days after your consultation. After this point, if you are not satisfied with the improvement in your child’s sleep, please contact The Sleep Genie in writing to arrange a full refund.

6. The Sleep Genie offers informed advice and support based on the information you provide. The implementation of this advice is your responsibility. In order to make the improvements you desire, you will be required to actively change some of your practices. Some degree of trial and error is to be expected, hence there is no guaranteed outcome within a specified period of time. However, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied after 30 days (see above).

7. Sleep Genie does not provide medical advice. If you have any medical concerns for your child, please consult your GP, paediatrician, health visitor or other suitably qualified medical practitioner.

8. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical or feeding issues in the sleep questionnaire, so that these can be taken into account when creating your child’s sleep plan.

9. Current health and safety guidelines, for example regarding safe eating and sleeping practices, will be incorporated into your child’s sleep plan. It is your responsibility to follow these.

10. Your bespoke sleep plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your phone/Zoom consultation or home visit, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Support will be provided in accordance with the package you have purchased. Where applicable, support via WhatsApp or email commences on the day your child’s sleep plan is emailed to you, and finishes at the end of the period specified in your package. If you decide to delay implementing the sleep plan for any reason and therefore wish to delay the start of your support package, please let me know; this is perfectly acceptable.

12. During the designated support period, I am available for contact as far as possible within the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm, 7 days a week. I am unable to guarantee an immediate response as availability will naturally vary according to my work and social commitments, but I understand how important a quick answer is and will always try to get back to you as soon as possible.

13. If you wish to continue with WhatsApp and email support after your support package has come to an end, this is available at a cost of £50 per additional 7 days.
